Mas, em 2009, o seu filho Rohan Marley levou adiante o projeto e hoje comanda uma torrefadora na Jamaica, a Marley Coffee, onde utiliza grãos orgânicos jamaicanos, de países da América Central e da Etiópia. A empresa também apoia pequenas cooperativas de produtores e as práticas de sustentabilidade e éticas na produção de café.

Rohan costuma lembrar como a sua avó secava os grãos de café ao sol e depois os torrava para preparar sua xícara de café de todas as manhãs. Ele espera que o Marley Coffe possibilite aos consumidores experimentar o mesmo aroma exuberante, além do rico e suave sabor que ele conheceu com o café da sua avó.
